3. Product sold

The website sells a digital e-book (PDF file) about manifestation and personal development. Detailed product information is presented on the homepage before purchase.

4. Price and payment

The price is displayed in euros, all taxes included, at the time of order. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made by card via Stripe, which secures the transaction; Signs does not store any payment card data.

5. Delivery

The e-book is digital content delivered immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link available on the order confirmation page. No physical shipment takes place.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law (article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun after your prior, express agreement and your express waiver of that right. This agreement and waiver are collected via a mandatory checkbox before payment is confirmed. As a result, no refund can be claimed under the right of withdrawal once the e-book download has taken place.

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at the address below so we can find an amicable solution.
